What's Cooking?

Alright I thought I'd showcase some of my cooking skills. MIGHT AS WELL...Yawnn :) First up, here's a photo of a steak dish I made a couple weeks ago

Mmmm! Looks good doesn't it? :P All you need to do is get a good marbled cut of T-bone and rub on cracked peppercorn and season with salt before grilling for about 2.5 minutes on each side and flipping 3 times. The side is made of Parisian potatos (blanched, fried, and sprinkled with Taragon leaves), broccoli, and stir-fried mushrooms and onions. I also left a spoonful of rice in there just because I'm Asian. That's it! Bon appetite!

May 19 - My lady troubles...

I've been grappling with this one thing for almost a year now and I thought I'd let it loose on AA just to see what people think. It's about a stupid love affair that started last summer so if you're not into drama and sleazy sex then don't read on. Anyway here's the story:

I was at a friend's wedding reception late last august and met a girl there who was totally checking me out. Being a fairly ugly guy I was feeling really flattered and ecstatic that a girl who was as attractive as her would take notice of a guy like me. I couldn't believe it...it felt like my ego was on steroids. The only problem though is that she was there with her boyfriend. Yeah.. :(

May 10 - Ohhh the times they are changing...

Okay, so it's been a few days since I opened up an account and I wasn't expecting AA to be the same since I left. But it's still strange seeing like it is now--so different from what it was. The feeling's not any different to attending a high school reunion just to see everyone changed and the neighborhood with it. Weird how technology is able to add to the nostalgia effect today.

I guess the biggest change for me is the content. The chat which was the lifeblood of AA is no longer here/doesn't work and no one seems to be fixing up their pages like they used to. It feels as if this site serves to do nothing but be an ego boost for the opposite sexes. I understand It's always been like that on AA or ANY social networking site but there was always cool content to balance that out and people actually wrote things on their pages. Have to say, it hurts a little seeing how AA has degraded to the state its in now.

Hmmpf..I don't know why I'm blogging this. Not really blog material. just a little rant. I doubt if anyone ever reads this though.

Oh and happy Mothers day everyone! Mom if you see this..I swear I was gonna call!
