So after reading some blogs, I'm inspired to write. HAHA.
Specifically I read Danny's blog. Even though he gradually started adding more anger and profanity in his blog, I will try and sum mine up without being too vulgar.

Yes, some people are so much more fortunate than others. Sometimes it's to the point that they do not understand how hard it is to work for a buck! Personally, ALL my family members were refugees coming into 'The Land of Opportunity' to start a better lifestyle for their descendants.Sure, some of these parents want to grant these children the kinds of gifts that they never had when they were young. It's nice right? A new louisvutton purse. A Mercedes Benz. Ooo! A pair of new boobs! YAYYY. But really. Do you want your children to grow up thinking that having these material things can get their way whenever, whatever they want?

When I was a little girl, all I could do is stare behind the sheered glass that forms a barrier between me on the outside and the toy inside the store. My father came to America starting from scratch at age 15.When he had me, he explained to me how hard it was for him to make money so that he can save enough to buy me a toy. It's not that he was cheap. He didn't lie. So I nodded in agreement and stopped begging.Instead, I made my own toys out of clay or recycled items around the house. (If not, I played outside in the dirt and collected crickets and fireflies) Every once in a while, he would buy me a toy. Every time he did, I treasured each one SO so much.
Point is, those who live off from ostentatious materials, usually don't appreciate the other finer things in life. The simple things, you know? As in, oh mom and dad work so hard. Or,college is NOT free. Or, damn I could've gotten a grill chicken sandwich at mcdonalds rather than buying that in TGI FRIDAYS! pshhhhh.

Till this day, I don't ask nor do I take offers. I feel bad and there's this gut feeling of shame if I do take it. I think it's my sense of pride. But my family taught me the value of money at an early age.
And by being a part time worker and a full time college student who pays for school and everything, I'm content with my pride in never allowing ANYONE to pay for me.

hey guys. in case you guys did NOT read my profile like most people do when they overlook ANY person's website, I DID mentioned that I can be rude, nasty, and blunt to lame, game-spittin, harrassing comments. I CAN be amiable and nice, but I expect some moral respect besides being treated as a piece of a$s.

but yes. as he said. The girls from where he's from is good at doing those things. Um, excuse me, but I'm from Maryland...where FEMALES actually have self respect and EXPECTS some respect from other males.
