Its November again, and its the anniversary of my boy when he died Serving in Iraq. I feel the same way everytime , guilty.  Like i wasn't really there for you, not in the war , but mentally i guess. Its been about 4 years now and i dont think it gets any better. I guess i should start somewhat from the begining.

I used to think my job was my identity but it's not. I am not my job. My occupation does not define my characteristics as a person, perogative, or goals. My income does not make me differ from anybody else. Now it is time to rearrange my mind settings, to learn, think, and feel a certain way. Yet i do not feel like my old self, sometimes feeling lost.
