personal message

Welcome to the AsianAve home of QMocha Magazine (www.qmocha.com), the ONLY single source for social, political, entertainment, and cultural news for the Urban LGBT community.  We will cover everything from fashion to activism, spirituality to ballroom, and everything in between.  With the launch of our inaugural issue in Feb. 2009, we became the first and only place to go for all things Queer - from an urban perspective.  QMocha is not a magazine exclusively for gays or lesbians, bi's or transsexuals, ftm's or mtf's; our vision is to become the online source for the entire LGBT Urban community.

As the magazine continues to grow by leaps and bounds, our goal is to solidify our core team of writers, photographers, and other contributors in order to make QMocha as creatively diverse as possible.  To all up-and-coming writers, journalists, bloggers, poets, photographers, please contact us about possibly becoming a contributor to the magazine and the movement. This is your time and your vehicle, so let your voice be heard!

dilemma is the same as that of Jet, Ebony, Essence, Source, etc.:
Publish our own.  We are continuously recruiting new writers,
bloggers, photographers, poets, etc. to make our online... (continue reading)
