Looking back, I think it's funny...I'm always at the gym morning and at night. I'm so focused that I don't pay any attention to anyone around me. I get in my zone and stay there until I am done working out. Then I leave and call it a night.

I didn't have time to post my body composition analysis up but here it is as of 10.03.08...
Current weight 118.54 lbs...Lean body weight is 102.6 lbs...Fat weight is 15.9 (drop 3.2 lbs!!!)...body fat percentage is 13.4% !!! That is freakin' awesome!!! So looking at my first entry to this blog..wow, I came close to beating my goal!!! I'm off by weight but I came soo close to my body fat percentage! I am full of life and energy. I am a gym rat or according to my cardio buddy, we're called GYM KITTENS...LOL. I am determined, driven, strong willed, generous, spunky, eccentric, open minded, and athletic. The simplist things in life puts a smile on my face. I am not hard to please. I enjoy many things. I am the kind of person that once I set a goal for myself, I aim for it head strong and pursue it until its in my hands. I am a mentor/tutor, a part of Big Brother Big Sister program, and soon to join the American Red Cross next month (Oct) for training. I hardly sleep now. My days starts early as 3:45 am and ends at 11 pm (sad but it's true). I'm in the process of breaking that habbit now. Current sport that I am into is women's Figure competition that I am training my butt off for. The next sport I want to train for is a mini triatholon. I'm always up for an adventure...can't you tell?
I do believe good things come to good people and it's all about timing. When the time is right, it will come. Life is all about taking risk and living in that moment. So no worries...put a smile on your face and chase after what you've been longing for...whether it's a dream, fitness goal, overcoming your fears...face it head strong and be proud of your achievements. There's no such thing as a failure. You're only a failure if you never tried it.
My bestfriend, Cham, told me the other day, "Mary, don't put others in front of you when you're only an option to them..." I guess from that day on, I grew a second layer of skin. No more again.....
This is what I will be doing on Oct 4, 2008 in Michigan and in Oct 18, 2008 in Youngstown. I've been getting many notes asking me what it is. I figure instead of explaining it, it would be best for you to see it on youtube. But this is excatly what I will be doing. It's a Natural Women's Figure Competition. In my opnion, it's more sculpting than body building.
