Current Situation:

The Deployment seems like a distant memory and all the people I knew and grew close to and loved have moved on much like I have. I've been in Korea for 10 months... I've made some great friends only to see them leave me as their tour at this remote location ended.  I didn't appreciate being out on the countryside at first but now I have learned to love the smaller things Kunsan has to offer. The people are friendly, there's plenty of opportunities to volunteer and help the people around the base and I don't get caught up in the fast pace lifestyle many of my counterparts do when in big cities (such as drinking, clubbing, bar hopping, etc...). I take long distance runs on the seawall as the sun sets, i am able to take the city bus and make it around town to see how to locals go about their daily lives, and i am able to meditate and reflect in tranquility. Here's a little more in a nutshell:

- Went to Baylor University- Bachelors in Accounting

- Ambitious and Determined

- Learning to be more humble

-  Deep thinker ( theoretical, philosophical, and analytical)

- Adrenaline junkie... 

- Loves the outdoors and nature

- Appreciates good company and cherishes loyalty

- Can be really sweet, thoughtful and sensitive but also realize that if not thinking, some pretty dumb things might be said

- Mindless rant: I used to wish time would go by faster when i was little but now i wish time would slow down enough for me to enjoy the world and cherish the company of the friends and family i have around me.
