Right now I am sitting at my desk at work. Its about 11pm on a Friday and I am still at work. All I am thinking is I only have 3 more hours of work before I get to go home to crawl into bed and get some shut eye. But this will happen if I make this cup of coffee I am drinking be the last one, because if I drink another cup I am not getting to sleep till 4am.
