Hello and thanks for visiting my site. I hope you enjoy the music, the images and my writing ^_^ The following is my self-introduction, be warned that it's super long~! ^.^

I'm born in Shanghai, China but raised here in New York since the age of five. I'm an only child and have a lot of expectations from my parents. I am the youngest among my cousins and very protected by them. My father disapproves all guys around me, but have accepted the fact that I hangout with a lot of guy friends who take care of me like a little sister. Family is important to me, but I'm not strongly affected by what they say about the people I consider friends. I take their words into consideration but I always have my own opinions.

I'm looking for someone who isn't only looking for sex and can be satisfied with intimacy. I like to think of myself as rather independent but I do depend on others for comfort and companionship. I'm not an ABC but I speak perfect English and fluent in Mandarin Chinese. I love to travel and is up for most anything. I love P.D.A. (public display of affection) and to cuddle with the one I care for. Affection and passion is my fuel in life. Looking for someone real and caring. I believe actions speak louder than words. If you show that you care for me and cherish me, then there isn't a need to voice it. [However, words are still necessary for good communication!] I treat people the same way they treat me since its not fair if we're not equal. Blunt and to the point, which can sometimes cause trouble for me but in the end my friends understand what I meant by it. I will seriously tell someone that they smell and need to use deodorant. It's mean but I feel that they deserve to know how they are affecting other people. One thing wrong about me is I over think things a lot because of insecurity issues developed in my past relationships. I believe in long-term and monogamous relationships. I do not believe in long-distance relationships at all and do not wish to try it at any point in my life. If my lover can stand to be away from me, then he doesn't care enough to want to be close to me.

I play sports for fun and not very competitive. Sports such as handball, ping pong, tennis, bowling, and swimming. I'm rather scared of roller coasters because of the pressure I feel when it goes down from the peaks. I like mini games at the carnival and arcade games. I enjoy play Wii games with my friends (yay to exercise!) I played "The Rock Band" with my Godbrother and his friends and it was so damn FUN!! It was such a workout for me as well, my arms were rather soar for the next few days. I used to play WOW (World of Warcraft) online with my ex and his friends. I play Gunbound and Maplestory in my spare to relax (usually it makes me forget the time and lose a ton of sleep before going to work -_-). I used to play Ragnorak online but then they started to charge, and back then I didn't want to pay for it. I will try any game once, as long as someone plays along with me. ^_^

I read a lot of Manga and watch a ton of Anime as a hobby and what I read and watch affects the way I think and act. You can learn a lot from the things in the media, they all teach us something about life. Lessons of life and love are my favorite things to learn.

I've always had this thing for sweet and sensitive guys who knows how to comfort and soothe the raging seas of emotions in a girl. I find that to be a gift if anyone has it. I council a lot of my friends when they are having issues with their gf or bf and try to give them practical advice. I know that they have already decided on what they want to do and know how they feel. But everyone needs a little confirmation from their friends to make certain that their decision is the right one. My ideal would be someone who can be my friend, lover, and confidant.

I love to go out and have fun. It doesn't ever have to cost any money, just being together with real people and being silly together is the most important ingredient. People think you need money to have fun, but that is never the case. There are many free and wonderful things in the areas around us. We just have to stop, look and enjoy. I love going to Central Park and just walk around, feed the ducks / pigeons / hoppers, climb the rocks, watch people play baseball or soccer and just lay in the warm sun. We can roller skate or bike in the park as well. (I just wish I had time to do this in the park now...sighz) Going to visit pet shops are nice too, I love animals!!! Especially, puppies, kitties, bunnies,...well any animal thats small and adorable! Hanging out at home and watching some tv or movies, playing board games, experimental cooking, or cards. I enjoy simple things but once in a while I'd like to go out and watch a movie, play some ping pong or bowling, go shopping or just window browsing.

I'm not hard to please, but you should at least put in some effort. I can be indecisive so I wish my mate to make the small decisions instead of asking, "So, what you wanna do?" If I promise I would do something, I will put the most effort in getting it done. Promises are not meant to be broken. In certain cases I will let it slide because everything depends on circumstance and should always be open for discussion and compromise.

I am willing to change my beliefs and thoughts as long as a substantial reason or evidence can back it up, justifying it. A person must also be able to "Agree to Disagree".
