Join an Industry Leader! Make a Difference! Kforce is currently looking for an IT Sales Managing Director to oversee our Burlington, MA, Boston, MA, and Shelton, CT offices. This position will be responsible for the Technology Division's staffing operations. While overseeing the offices, you will be accountable for building a team, increasing revenues, as well as mentoring, training, and developing: Managers, Recruiters, and Account Managers.

You will:

Develop the branch's business in terms of sales volume and profitability
Develop the service and sales team to support growth and service existing clients
Build teams from the ground up
Develop sales strategies and initiatives
Review monthly sales activities for all direct reports
Actively lead marketing activities as an involved sales manager
Create and maintain a productive sales culture; and facilitating cross-sell activities for all divisions


With the delivery capability we have (which can be supplemented by the field recruiters and the National Recruiting Center), the Boston and Shelton offices are poised to immediately hire sales staff with a Managing Director in place to help train and mentor.

For consideration, you will need:

At least 7 to 10 years of staffing experience and 4+ years in Technology
Experience with P/L (Profit and Loss) and a thorough understanding of the financial aspects associated with this industry are preferred
Outbound focus, clearly sales focused
Ability to attract, hire, train, develop, and retain top staffing teams
Well networked in the local markets
Senior management abilities or proven track record
Looking to take the operation to the next level
Prefer experience in both Staffing and Technology
Search (direct placement) and consulting (contract) background is preferred
