INSURES GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, SAFE FOOD QUALITY, RESTAURANT CLEANLINESS AND SANITATION. DEVELOPS/MENTORS ASSOCIATES, SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS. Complies with applicable directives, policies and procedures. Knows actively supports and implements applicable EEO laws and programs within AAFES.
