Summary of Position:
With the guidance of the LPG Trade Show Manager, plan and execute logistics for tradeshows and other events.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate pre-event planning meetings. Ensure that measurable objectives for each event and the tactics to accomplish these objectives are clearly communicated. Measure show success against these objectives. Include ROI analyses in reports.
· Manage all aspects of pre-event planning including registration and housing logistics.
· Coordinate resources to support the event. Includes booth properties, collateral materials, displays, presentation materials, press kits, booth graphics, direct mailings and email activities as appropriate.
· Ensure that Marcom budgets and show requirements are aligned. Discuss tradeoffs and be confident enough to advise.
· Provide key deliverables for events, including timelines, preliminary and final budgets, floor plans, booth layout, staff handbook and post-show report.
· Ensure that presence at events meets LPG objectives and branding guidelines.
· With guidance from the Event Manager, work with vendors (e.g. designers, exhibit resources, printers) to ensure timely, cost-effective event support as needed.
· Travel to support onsite execution and management of key events, including show set up and dismantle as required for key events.
Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

3 -5 years of event management experience
BS degree
CTSM a plus
