Consider joining other talented individuals where your contributions make an impact in the role of Senior Manager, Solutions Marketing located in our San Rafael, California office.
A senior role in the marketing organization, the Senior Manager, Solutions Marketing is responsible for developing and executing global marketing programs that drive sales. The Senior Manager will partner with the sales organization to develop strategies and execute tactics across lead demand generation and sales enablement. Key responsibilities are:
Align demand generation campaigns with customer needs and business goals.
Develop and manage programs across integrated channels including online, advertising, direct marketing, and telemarketing.
Direct the creation of sales enablement tools including white papers, webinars, videos and podcasts
Act as the conduit between marketing and sales, facilitating communication of sales requirements and aligning marketing activities to demand generation needs.
Partner with Web Marketing, Marketing Operations, PR, Events and Customer Advocacy teams.
Actively measure results and provide ongoing campaign optimization.
Budget planning and management.
Qualifications:For consideration, the candidate will have:
5-7 years marketing experience in an enterprise software or technology environment is required. Knowledge of the banking and insurance sectors a plus.
Strong experience using CRM systems to drive and manage marketing campaigns.
Excellent marketing execution skills with a demonstrated ability to leverage a captive installed base and prospects. Proven experience utilizing Web 2.0 tactics is mandatory.
The ability to think strategically, making data-driven decisions.
In-depth understanding of the sales process and how to enable sales readiness.
Excellent leadership, collaboration, communication and change management skills.
BA or equivalent degree. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
Highly professional and organized.
Bias towards action flawless implementation.
Leadership through influence.
Self starter with minimal need for supervision.
High degree of diplomacy and superior interpersonal skills.
Sense of humor and ability to manage flexibly in a high growth/high performance company/organization undergoing change.
