Description:
Job SummaryResponsible for the operational management and effective daily leadership of the engineering team with the objectives of safety, efficiency and effectively operating, maintaining and modifying facility systems and equipment in a cost effective manner.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee the maintenance and continuous operations of all building systems including mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls), electrical (lighting, UPS, PDU, generators, switchgear), temperature control systems as well as light construction (paint, doors, locks).Review all incoming WO (Work Orders) and assign as appropriate.Supervise engineering and maintenance staff (8).Schedules equipment and systems preventative maintenance.Ensure compliance to all regulatory laws and guidelines with regards to building systems and controls.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
⿢ Supervise and motivate employees to take desired action. ⿢ Use your associate⿿s degree, along with 6+ years of related experience and/or training, to solve problems effectively.⿢ Vocational training in at least three of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.⿢ Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. ⿢ Exceptional oral and written communication capabilities⿢ S2 certification or equivalent
