The simple questions are never simple with me, but I'll give a few
of them a shot.
I basically grew up in the Memphis, TN area, though I've lived
several other places, such as ATL, Knoxville, Chicago, etc.
I currently live in Michigan. As of May 2008, when I graduate from
law school, I'll probably be living elsewhere. Until then, I can
easily be found in diverse places as I travel a lot, but most
typically Michigan, Chicago and Tennessee.
Ethnically, I'm African, French, Native American, English, Italian.
Racially, I'm a hapa of sorts, black and white. Culturally, I'm
black and French.
I'm here because I think Asian guys are the hottest. Nevermind what
you heard about black women thinking Asian men have small
dingalings or only liking "thugs." Or black women not liking Asian
men. I love all kinds of guys, but there's just something about
South and Southeast Asian men, especially Filipinos, Indians and
Viets--my best stab at what that something is, is y'all look GOOD!

You know I like to travel. Okay, I also like sports--particularly
college football/basketball (LOVE the Michigan Wolverines, even
though they can't win a b-ball game to save their lives...if
they're playing, I'm watching--clearly, I'm a loyal, loyal woman,
hehe). Love music (worked as a music producer/songwriter before law
school), reading (particularly about race and culture), writing
(been published, even), family (this is why I've got to move
to Chicago permanently!!!!), friends (this makes me hate the
thought of graduating), shopping (especially for technological
gadgets). I'm pretty funny. I love to entertain people, but it
depends on how long I've known you and whether/not I feel you can
handle my sense of humor. I aspire to big, big things, one of which
would be to have a comedy show or at least to create/pen one.

**Update March 29**: So, it's looking more and more like the next
destination is set. Unfortunately for me, not Chicago, but probably
NYC (though I'll probably be in Tennessee for a few months before I
move there). That might change, but that's the Bar exam I'm signing
up for. I know one thing, all these trips and moves are EXPENSIVE!
I'm burnt out on the traveling right now, especially since I'm
trying to finish up school, but it's got to be done.
I'm not on here that often...I try to check in once a week to some
of the groups. I'm trying hard to graduate! ;)
