Hola sunshine!! Honestly, yes...diet is the key! I changed my diet a year ago and I drop 10lbs within two months! Drink more water and watch your food intake. Don't eat too much rice, watch the carbs....also, lessen the fried food too and the late night eating. you might want to slow down the drinking as well. What are you doing at the gym anyways? Are you doing any cardio? I like cardio, running is a good way to shead the fat persay. Hmmm...I think you're eating the wrong foods...you're probably consuming more calorie than your body can burn. You want to try to have a 400 to 600 calorie defict. Oh yea, you know what help me soooooooooo much last year? I did the 3-Hour Diet by Jorge Crusie...I lost a lot of weight from that! About the khmer food...well, uhh...I don't eat khmer food anymore. There's too much fat, hidden ingredients. I eat it occassionaly now. Like, I eat the soup but no rice or eat the stir fry without rice type of thing. It's just hard for me to monitor the calorie. Which gym are you at?
Training is AWESOME!!! My guns are growing!!! hahaha...so which gym are you at? I'm at Urban...if you're there, maybe I'll see you around more often..I can show you a couple of ab workouts. It's all about diet too if you wanna lose it. I lost mines, so I'm estatic about it. Are you still going out to the bars/clubs now? I quit all that two months ago when decided to be commited to the competition. Hopefully, I'll see you around soon!
