Well lets see. My name is Will, I'm Korean but I was adopted so I grew up pretty Americanized. The only real asian thing I do is martial arts...That sounded ignorant as hell didn't it...well whatever.  I've been training since I was seven and its always been a good foundation for my life. I currently do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muy Thai, and spend a lot of the time training or going to the gym. I also enjoy soccer, swimming, and really anything outdoors. Besides that I'm pretty easy going and get along with just about anyone. Not really sure what else I'm supposed to put here, but I'm sure I'll think of something.

 

Ok so I thought of something. Instead of putting stuff on here about the real me that most likely no one will read, I decided to put the most cocky asinine stuff I can think of.....cause I think its funny. Remember please don't take this seriously, I'm actually not a jackass...for the most part.

 

First of all let me start off with, I AM THE MAN, no one has ever or will ever do things as good as I do. I am the smartest, funniest, and sexiest guy ever. To help you all realize just how badass my badassness is I've listed a couple facts about me.

I just got back from the Virgin Islands...they are now officially called The Islands.

I don't hunt because hunting implies the probability of failure...I go killing.

My tears cure cancer...unfortunately I have never cried.

Every night the boogeyman checks his closet... for me.

The chief export of ME is...pain.

I found Waldo...unfortunately thats the last anyone will see of him.

I can kill two stones... with one bird.

I don't read books...I stare them down til they give me the info I want.

When I do pushups I'm not pushing myself up....I'm pushing the world down.

I don't wear a watch...I decide what time it is.

You wanna know what was going through Sadam's head before he died....my fist.

I have to have a concealed weapons permit in 50 states...to wear pants.

There is no theory of evolution... just a list of creatures that I allow to live.

One time I got bitten by a cobra, after 5 days of excrutiating pain...the cobra died.

When superman works out... he wears a WILL shirt

I'm not hung like a horse...horses are hung like me.

I don't pop my collar....my shirt just gets an erection when I put it on.

Ok so I got some which aren't as cocky.

I have the body of a god...unfortunately its Buddah

I used to have a job as a stripper...it made a lot of change in my life.

Procrastination is like masturbation, it feels good til you blow it ... and realize you just %#&@$!ed yourself

HAHAHA Anyway I hope you enjoyed the the "facts" about me. Please don't take any of this seriously. Have a good one.

Ok so I've gotten lazy with putting progress pictures up.  I'm gonna try to get them down this week.  As for the weight lifting, its going awesome! I started lifting with one of the personal trainers at my gym.  This guy is half Korean and is a beast.  At 5'9" 185 this guy pushes around 350 on the bench and deadlifts around 400.  Hoping I can get somwhere around there maybe 170lbs and pushing 280-300 would keep me pretty happy.  Bumped my workout time up... So training has been going pretty well. Despite the wrist being a little messed up I've been able to keep up with my workouts. I think in the last month I've put on about 7 lbs which I'm pretty hyped about. Being doing abs every workout so I think my core has gotten a lot stronger. For some reason the pictures I post on here keep getting taken down and AA sends me an email that says members are finding my pictures inappropriate. Bad news

So I got back from the doctor and it turns out I have a messed up ligment in my left wrist from a break I had a long time ago. Not too happy about it. Turns out I'm not really supposed to be lifting weights at all which is really a downer. And so I have decided to cut out my powerlifting for the time being and am going to try to focus more on building up my strength and tone up more. Happy belated bday Will!!

haha...I know what you mean! I'm having hard time too!

Here's what I ususally use/do for my back and shoulders:

- Hammer strength Iso lateral low row
-Hammer strength Iso Lateral shoulder press (incline shoulder press)
-Frontal sholder upright row using ez bar
- Reverse fly
- Pull downs
-Assisted pull ups
-Lateral rasies
-Narrow row
- Standing low row
- Arnold press
And whatever machine I feel like using at random. But the ones I mentioned I alway do it...3 to 4 sets ranging between 10 to 15 reps.

Do you have any suggestions for me or anything?? =)

Hmmm...isn't it ur bday today? I mean on the 19th?

Man, I know what you mean! I've been slacking too and plus holiday cookies and goodies is taking a toll on me. My nose and mouth is telling me to sniff and eat and my brain is saying NO NO NO! LOL! I think the weather has something to do with my eating habits. It seems like when it's cold I tend to crave for junk food and bad carbs.

My next competition is April 25. I'm plan to lean out in Jan. I'm doing my best to build up my back and shoulders. I think those are my weakest part of my body.
