My bad~Posted April 22nd, 2008 at 05:03am
Lol Wow, sorry!! Totally have messages galore, in my inbox. I'm horrible at keeping in touch on AA. ^^; I'll get back to the recent messages! As for the rest, it wouldn't make much sense to reply after so long.. Anyways, I just felt the need to post a new blog, since it's been a long while. How has everyone been, lately? =] Let's be serious, for a moment.Posted September 12th, 2007 at 08:52am
Conspiracy theories. (Go ahead, think of any conspiracy. Got it? Read on.) How long ago was it? Yeah, get over it and focus on what's going on now. I'm not going to lie~ some conspiracy theories are quite intriguing, but I'm not going to sit here and dwell on them. True or not, it's long over and done with. Stop your debates. Focus on what's happening now. What's really bugging me.. If more of you would get involved in politics and serious issues, maybe we wouldn't have to deal with conspiracies. Maybe if everyone would pay attention to REAL life matters instead of watching reality tv, the States would be a better place to live in. You think the government is out to get you, and that we, the people, are all guinea pigs? Well guess whos fault that is? Yours, for not paying attention. Yours, for being so ignorant to your surroundings. Yours for not realizing until it finally hits you in the face. Anyway, let's move on. People are always talking about how strict, and how corrupted our society is becoming. Well that's because no one is doing anything about it. We're all blaming someone else. How is blaming someone or something going to solve our real problems? Exactly. Why don't more and more people get off their lazy asses and really DO something about it? Stop bitching about how limited our freedom is becoming. The real reason is because we're all too stubborn. We all get offended too easily, because we ALL want attention. If you really want to make a difference, let me suggest something to you. I know it may seem like a very impossible task for most of you, but hear me out. Why not actually VOTE in the 2008 Elections. Also, don't go by what you hear, actually do some damn research on what's going on yourself. If you feel there are issues that should be addressed, do something. Get yourself heard. Don't think that you can't do anything about it. If you couldn't then the States wouldn't be considered a democracy, now would it? It'd be considered a dictatorship. Got it? One voice can be heard, it's been done so many times before. I bet you didn't know that though, because you're too focused on material things, too focused on yourself. Oh, for everyone who didn't vote in '04, or never bothered to watch current events, and just say what they say because of what they heard.. Yeah, you people don't deserve to sit and bitch about how our government is being run. Or how our lives are getting more and more restricted. If you hate where our society is heading, maybe you should've put your 2-cents in where and when it counted. Good thing you're allowed a 2nd chance. One more thing, before I go, our soldiers. Yeah, The ones stationed in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, among other places. Support them. You may be against the war, guess what~ not everyone stationed there is for the war either. Some are even there, not by choice. RESPECT THEM. Don't let the ones who have fallen, go in vain. You people who give them a hard time, who spit and curse at them when they come back home, you all make me sick. WE ARE ALL AMERICANS. No one should look down on anyone. If you're against the war that's fine, but don't be against our soldiers. They're there only to help YOU. They get their pride and joy knowing that they are protecting the ones they love, knowing that they are protecting their country. If you know or have lost anyone in the war, you know how important it is to support and show your love to these soldiers! If you ever spot one of our soldiers, anywhere; Or have the chance to write letters, THANK THEM for all they've done. Let them know that you appreciate their strengths and sacrifices. You'll really brighten their day. They deserve it. GAHHH. Ok, I'm done. I really needed to get all of that out. To those that actually read every bit of that, Thank you. I appreciate it. If anyone feels the need to criticise, go cry to your mama. I only want to hear criticism from those who ACTUALLY took part in voting, or have actually done their research. Mature and intellectual arguements only. I posted this on my myspace, but thought I'd share on AA as well.. FYI.
