Are drugs the sole solution to high cholesterol? Maybe not! You can bring down your cholesterol levels and that too without any sort of medicines. These are some easy yet very effective cures that may help you combat the issue. Eat oat bran. You might just hate the taste but oat bran can play a big role in lowering cholesterol levels. Oat bran is a superb source of fiber and can help stabilise your cholesterol levels. Eat at least one hundred grams of oat bran everyday to keep your cholesterol levels in control. Switch to olive oil. Substitute your ordinary cooking for olive oil. Olive oil has countless health benefits and is very advantageous for those working with high cholesterol issues. Unwarranted weight can contribute a large amount to high cholesterol levels. Shed over the top pounds and you'll be able to lower your LDL and boost your HDL too. Restrain your levels of stress. Lowering your levels of stress can lower your cholesterol levels too.
