Have you ever played this game as a child? Teens? I know I go way back with this rusty machine.
The objective is that you were given 3 balls and you had to keep the ball in play and gained points. But along the way you encounterd dings and obstacles which made the game more hard or fun.
Sometimes I think my life is reflective of that. And at times I think I am juggling 3 moving steel balls at once in this game. You can try and play as hard as you can, but sometimes you lose that ball to the center of the space btw the flippers and it gets you mad. All that work and it gets swallowed up by the machine.
Even when its game over sometimes, you insert more quarters in to try and keep the game alive. You can relate this game with everyday life and relationships. How much are you willing to work at it?
Do you have a set goal you wish to achieve? And what is your purpose in playing this game?
At times you may believe the machine is controling your life. You may feel struck or even trapped. If you are happy with your score and what you have achieved, there is nothing wrong with walking away. Just don't let regret be your last and final reward.
