Hi F.It's good to hear from you.Much has happened.

Right after our meeting, I knew the local PD wasn't including me in their immediate training class.I knew I had to wait and I didnt want to.

So I talked to a Marine Corps recruiter and ALMOST signed up for 5 years of combat in the middle east.Ultimately I wasn't ready to go yet.In case of death, I wouldn't have gotten the car I always wanted.So instead I found a meaningless job and purchased my new ride.Im cursing myself everyday, "Screw the car, I shoulda went to war, to learn things."Maybe I'm one of those people who are never satisfied.

But it makes sense now.USMC didn't offer me any signing bonuses.I will sign up once my lease is up.Infantry all the way.It was meant to be and I have to fulfill it.It feels good having a plan.

I'm taking another exam for another department(law enforcement agency) in a few weeks.Wether I get hired or not, I'm still going in for military service.The training, knowledge, and skill level is just on another level.
