Body Analysis for NPC show....

In Feb...here's my stat...it's a bit disapointing but oh well...

02/07/09 ....Body fat at 24% ...lean body weight 102.6 lbs...total fat weight 33.7 lbs ....total weight 136.26

I suppose I kind of over did it a bit with the cookies and junk food =(

 

02/21/09....Body fat at 23.5% ...lean body weight 102.1 lbs...total fat weight 31.3 lbs ....total weight 133.4

My 2009 Fitness goals....

Well uhh..I see my posing coach this Saturday and another assessment will be done...*sigh* I gained 20 lbs since competition!! WTH? LOL!! So I'm at 136 lbs and 24% body fat. This was assessment was taken on 2.7.8. Man oh man oh mah...I'm I screwed or what? LOL! Okay, Today is officaly 12 weeks away...I'm hitting it hard and will post my results this weekend after I see my coach...untill then...come back and check on my progress sometime next week =) ...man I feel like a bum! hehe...

I guess I saw your message a little late. How'd the show go?! I bet you did great. Is Ronnie gonna be at the show in Oct.? That'd be sweet, Ronnie's the man!

Yeah I guess the guy who started the bodybuilding group left so I figured I might as well get a new one going. Hell you and me seemed to be the only ones who posted in it anyway. Yeah hopefully we can get it going if people would join and actually contribute. A lot of people just join and never say anything. I guess they just want to be a part of the "I go to the gym" group. Anyways how the training going? You almost ready for the comp?

HAHA yeah of course I am. I can't be lazy forever! Yeah I've been back on schedule for the last couple of weeks. And it has been painful. My whole body is sore but I love it! I think the break definitely helped though, I'm going to reset my whole workout plan and start doing more of a bulking routine until winter is over.

How about you? Hows the training going?

Hey thanks!

Wow that is a pretty intense workout. Do you do back and shoulders on the same day or different days? Either way you are the competitor so keep in mind these are just suggestions.

BACK

Now I noticed that you had 3 different back rows in the workout. I'm assuming that a narrow row is either a narrow grip t-bar row or a narrow grip cable row. You may want to switch to 2 row exercises for the middle back and substitute a lower back exercise like dumbbell deadlifts, back extensions, or stiff leg deadlifts. Now if you work your traps on back day you may want to add a shrug exercise in with the upright row.

SHOULDERS

Your shoulder workout looks really good. Now do you do front and side lateral raises or switch in between workouts. I try to do side raises for 2 weeks then switch to front for 2. If I do both, my shoulders get tired really quick. If you do traps on shoulder day then def work the shrugs.

Besides that you have a really solid workout. Just keep up the hard work and you'll be where you want in no time. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks! Yeah the old bday was on Friday.

HAHA yeah all the good Thanksgiving and Christmas food has been throwing me off. I eat and eat and then I'm too lazy/tired to get off my butt and hit the gym. I think after this week I'll get myself back in gear though.

Good luck on the comp. Yeah if you start cutting in January you'll def be ripped by April. I'm sure you'll do really well. What do you normally do for back and shoulders?

Snowing in cali? Are you sure? I used to live in the bay and it never snows up there. We haven't had snow yet but the other day we had a ice storm. It was bad...I was getting out of my car and as soon as I put one foot down, I slip and landed on my behind ...LOL. yea, I was in cali in November for a race that i did.


Yupp Yupp...Well in Yosemite that is. Wow that's hilarious...lol....i'm sorry but it was funny...but i'm sure your behind is alright rite!?...Anywayz, how long did you use to live in cali!?!?
